What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are mini vegetables, grown to the first two leaves and then harvested. Harvesting typically happens 7-14 days after germination.

The result is a much smaller green, between 1-3 inches tall, with a more intense flavour and highly concentrated nutrient profile.

Although not organically certified our microgreens are grown from organic seed using organic methods where possible. This is a chemical free zone.
